Car Lift/ Vehicle Lift

A car lift, or vehicle lift, is a heavy-duty piece of equipment specifically designed for automotive maintenance and inspection. Utilising hydraulic, mechanical, or electric drive systems, it safely raises vehicles from the ground to various heights, enabling technicians to inspect, repair, and service components such as the chassis, suspension, exhaust system, transmission, and braking system.

It is often referred to as "the second pair of hands" in automotive workshops, standing as one of the most indispensable core pieces of equipment in garages, tyre shops, inspection stations, 4S dealerships, and even multi-storey car parks.

Winsen mainly has 6 different types of car lifts here. They are:

Two Post Lift

Two vertical columns with four adjustable support arms to hold the vehicle chassis, powered by hydraulic or electric drive.

Advantages:

  1. Compact footprint, ideal for workshops with limited space

  2. Cost-effective with convenient maintenance access

  3. Adjustable arms accommodate various vehicle models

Applications: Comprehensive repair shops, quick-service maintenance outlets, most commonly used for routine repairs and servicing.

Four Post Lift

Four pillars plus platform, allowing vehicles to drive directly onto it.

Advantages:

  1. High stability and substantial load capacity

  2. Suitable for wheel alignment and long-term vehicle storage

  3. Robust construction and straightforward operation

Applications: Tyre shops, vehicle inspection stations, luxury garages, and settings requiring alignment and testing.

Column Lift

Comprising multiple independent columns, these can be used individually or in combination to support large vehicles.

Advantages:

  1. Flexible and mobile, capable of being relocated to any position

  2. Freely configurable quantities (4-column, 6-column, 8-column) to accommodate different vehicles

  3. Particularly suitable for large lorries and coaches

Applications: Lorries and other large vehicles; ideal for heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.

Scissor Lift

Featuring scissor-type cross-arm lifting mechanisms with adjustable height, available in large and small scissor configurations.

Advantages:

  1. Compact structure suitable for ground-level installation or recessed pit mounting

  2. Minimal footprint with high space utilisation

  3. User-friendly operation and rapid lifting speed

Single Post Lift

A single column supports the vehicle, available in fixed or mobile configurations.

Advantages:

  1. Compact footprint, easy to move (some models feature wheels)

  2. Suitable for small vehicles and localised repairs

  3. Low cost, straightforward installation

Applications: Small repair shops, used car markets, workshops with limited space.

Battery Lift

Specifically designed for the removal, installation and lifting of power batteries in new energy vehicles, typically featuring a platform structure.

Advantages:

  1. Specialised support for electric vehicle batteries, ensuring safety and stability

  2. Height-adjustable for convenient alignment with battery mounting positions

  3. Simple operation to enhance battery swapping efficiency
